Bringing Images into PhotoDocs

You can specify a source of original images to work with in PhotoDocs. When a source is selected, images from that source appear in the Source Pane.

Notes: PhotoDocs can be configured to load images automatically. If this is the case, you will see the loaded images but may still be able to change the source. If you opened PhotoDocs in reprocessing mode, you will work with the documents you selected in the Laserfiche Windows client.

To browse to a source of original images:

1. Click the Browse button at the top of the Source Pane or if no images are currently loaded, you can click the Click here to get started message inside the pane.
2. In the Browse for Folder dialog box, browse to and select a folder or a device such as a camera that contains original images.

To manually specify a source of original images:

• Type the path to the source in the file path box.

To select a previously-used source:

• Select the path from the drop-down source selection box. The most recently used sources will appear at the top.
